A customer information sheet is need for the photographer to know the clients info, the date, time and locations of the event/shoot and to make any notes inregards to packages and prices
In order to secure the date for your event/shoot a contract must be signed by the customer and photographer
Some photo print locations (ex: Walmart & Target) require a Copyright letter to print any pictures, please present this letter along with your contact and CD of pictures so you may print any copies of your pictures.
