SPIEKEASY PHOTOGRAPHY is proud to announce day of wedding/event coordination services!

Day of event services actually begin approximately 30 days before your event. We will schedule a comprehensive meeting with you to go over all details. We will be available for any questions that arise during that month. We will review your contracts and contact all your vendors 7-10 days prior to the event to make sure everyone is on the same page and knows when to arrive and what to bring. We will provide on-site services (Photographer and Wedding Coordinator) the day of your event 6 hours to coordinate all components and to make sure everything goes smoothly. We will oversee your vendors to make sure that everything is as you have specified. We will have an emergency kit for those last minute crises. Up to 15 hours of consultant's time. Event Coordination Services

Day of EventOur Day of Event Services include the following:

~Pre-wedding consult meeting 30 days before wedding (review vendors, timeline, ect)

~Up to 15 hours of Wedding consultation services (unlimited emails and phone calls)

~6 hours of on site service (additional hours will be billed at $40) 

~Wedding Day Timeline (indicates all timing and flow of day)
~Personal Assistant to the Bride
~Assist wedding party, family members, and guests as needed on wedding day
~Organize wedding party Ceremony procession and recession
~Keeping in touch with the bridal party to know there whereabouts at all times and to keep them on schedule
~We are there to cue the musicians and work behind the scenes monitoring the site for any interferences.
~Confirmation of Vendors to confirm services one week prior
~Coordination of Events at Reception (dining, first dance, toast, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss)
~Be certain the tables are organized the way you designated with the correct number of chairs, favors, etc. before you and ~your guests arrive at the wedding reception
~Alleviate last minute problems and stresses, emergency kit on hand for unexpected mishaps.
~Supervision of ceremony and reception setup to ensure a smooth and stress-free day
~Our presence during your reception to be certain everything runs smoothly and as scheduled. If you’re worrying about the ~management of the day you won't be having a good time.

 

We will ask you to complete a questionnaire pertaining to all of your plans, vendors, attendants and much more so that we have a snapshot of the day. Feel free to ask about anything that is on your mind relating to etiquette, budgeting, tipping, planning, etc. and we will give you advice and recommendations. Wedding day timeline and accessories checklist and seating template will be provided. If we are not already familiar with your ceremony and reception sites we will also visit to see layout and meet the on-site contacts for questions. Any additional hours of service that you may need will be billed at $40.00 an hour.

Full Service Event Planning 

Many coordinators charge you according to your budget or the number of people attending your event. We believe that it is fairer to you to charge a flat fee that you know up front. We will coordinate your entire event, and provide as much consultation and advice as your desire.

 

Wedding Planning

~sit down and discuss your event, beginning with your budget and goals. Share with us your vision and your concerns. We'll advise you on the steps that need to be taken to ensure a successful event.

~We will custom design a timeline and budget for you to follow to assist you on your event.

~We will prepare a detailed, customized "Day Of" timeline, which will keep you, your vendors, and important principals on track throughout the day of your special event.

Day of Coordination

~Day of event services actually begin approximately 30 days before your event. We will schedule a comprehensive meeting with you to go over all details. We will be available for any questions that arise during that month.

~We will review your contracts and contact all your vendors 7-10 days prior to the event to make sure everyone is on the same page and knows when to arrive and what to bring.

~We will be present at a rehearsal for up to one and one half hours. We will provide on-site services (at least 2 people) the day of your event (averages 8 hours) to coordinate all components and to make sure everything goes smoothly.

~We will oversee your vendors to make sure that everything is as you have specified.

~We will have an emergency kit for those last minute crises.

Floral

~Will provided selected floral for event

~Will include ordering, delivery, and proper location of all flower at event

 

Any additional hours of service that you may need will be billed at $40.00 an hour.
